Just as last year, we will award Best paper awards for postdocs and students that will earn you an invited talk at the retreat as well as two different categories of poster awards - SPLS award and NSF sponsored Computational Plant Science Award. <br>

We are still waiting for the budget approval of SPLS best paper and best poster awards and hope it will soon be approved (fingers crossed, but Betsy is on it!). <br>

yes! You might remember, one outcome of last years retreat was the realization that we are a really diverse research department. Therefore, we rarely see each other at conferences and the poster will be new to most of us. The retreat is simply a chance to
celebrate science altogether in SPLS.</span></li><li style="font-size: 14.6667px"><strong style="font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 14.6667px">Can I send my poster abstract after registration? </strong><span style="font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 14.6667px">Yes, you can. we
are not here to punish you for late submission, we want you to to share your science. However, please still register and give us a title of the poster. Note in the form that you will submit later and send the title and abstract to bucksch@arizona.edu the latest
