<p class="MsoNormal">This “all hands” Institute will start May 17th with an invited panel engaging <b>“Challenges of Ecosystem Genomics” </b>featuring <b>Sarah Bagby </b>of Case Western Reserve (an expert in microbial ecology and physiology), <b>Manuel Lerdau </b>of
the University of Virginia (a plant physiological evolutionary ecologist whose interests include atmospheric chemistry), and UA’s own <b>Erin Leahy </b>(our sociologist of the cultures of science who studies interdisciplinarity). <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Following panels and discussion, the Institute will feature BRIDGES graduate student trainees presenting their proposals for team-based research experiences for peer and faculty feedback, part of their training in both disciplinary excellence
