<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-family:"Cambria",serif;color:black">As you may know, the WSIP Graduate Writing Institute (GWI) is a 3-week long writing institute held every June. This year, the program will convene from June
6-24, 2022. We have online and in-person options for participants. During these three weeks, students will participate in writing workshops, writing boot camps, individual tutoring, and small group tutoring. The goal of the GWI is to provide support and opportunity
to develop academic writing skills and make substantial progress on a current writing project. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-family:"Cambria",serif;color:black">Because WSIP received a Provost's Investment Fund award to support the GWI, we are able to offer the program for the low fee of $175 for UA graduate students.
The fee for the GWI is significantly lower than similar programs and provides a high quality, valuable service.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-family:"Cambria",serif;color:black">We do welcome returning students, so if students participated in the GWI in the past and are interested in attending again, we hope they will consider applying.
UA students can register under the student status until they have submitted their final documents (thesis or dissertation) to the Graduate College. After that point, they can register as a non-student. The fee for non-students is $400. We also accept students
from other institutions, so please feel free to share this information with your colleagues. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
