challenging. Regardless of the mode, effective communication is essential to building and maintaining relationships, working through differences, resolving conflict, succeeding as a team member, managing, coaching, mentoring, and minimizing misunderstandings.
This workshop will offer practical strategies for enhancing communication skills, especially those called for in emotionally laden and high stakes situations.
