climate crisis and in relation to academic, government, and industry conditions and contexts. We are conducting the study at The University of Arizona with a focus on PhD students from the Colleges of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Engineering, and Science
who have academic and/or professional interests that involve the environment and/or global climate change.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:12.65pt;background:white"><span style="color:black">We would like to invite you to participate in our study if you are a doctoral student in the Department or Environmental Science with an academic and/or professional
interest in the environment and/or global climate change. Participation entails a one-on-one interview that will explore the influence of academic, government, and industry contexts and interactions on your preparation as a scientist within an interest in
the environment and/or global climate change. The interview should last no more than 1 hour and would be conducted over Zoom using a password protected link. If you are able to participate, we will work with you to schedule the interview on a date and time
that is most convenient for you. The project’s findings will inform graduate education in science, engineering, and technology fields and contribute to the literature on graduate student socialization and preparation specific to global climate change and sustainability. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
