<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div>All,<br><br></div>I collected the results from the survey last night and 14 out of the 15 respondents said they would participate in the tournament. This means we should have more than enough people to play any of the games, especially with family and friends involved. Of course, you are still welcome to participate if you didn't have time to fill out the survey.<br>
<br>The top 5 games that people voted for were volleyball, kickball, basketball, soccer, and ultimate frisbee. Less than 50% of people voted for each of the the other events. I must admit that I'm pretty disappointed I don't get to display my polo or jai alai skills, but I'll try to deal with it.<br>
<br></div>So, we will have a 5 event tournament with PLS facing off against PLP in a battle for the ages! The first team to win 3 events will win the coveted "Tournament of <span class="">ChampiƱones</span>" trophy. The trophy is neither designed nor made at the moment, but it will be awesome when it is!<br>
<br></div>We can discuss the best dates and times to schedule these events at the first club meeting. Please think about any dates that many people might be gone for major conferences or other events, and let me know about those. We will also need to make sure that we can collectively supply the
proper equipment for each event (I have a good basketball and decent frisbee).<br><br></div>Best,<br></div>Lauren<br><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>-- <br><div dir="ltr">Lauren W. Jackson III<br>
