[Plsgs] Summer Pay

Hello,
I have received many inquiries about the summer pay and there seems to be a lot of confusion on submitting a timesheet versus getting an award through the Bursars for the summer.

  1.  If you received the attached Grad Sup Comp email from me you will need to complete a timesheet and will be paid by-weekly, just as you were paid during your appointment through the semester. Timesheet instructions are attached here as well as the calendar with the pay periods and pay dates. You should have discussed the hours you were working with your supervisor prior to them submitting the request to me, if this was not the case please talk to you PI and ensure that you and they understand that you are only responsible for working the hours that are on the sup comp form.
  2.  If you received an email from me stating that you would get your money through an award from the bursars office, you will not need to complete a timesheet, and the money will be received as a lump sum for the whole summer, you will not be getting a by-weekly paycheck if you received this award and instead you will receive the full stipend at the beginning of the summer, again there will be no by-weekly pay checks if you received this award.
  3.  There are some of you from ABBS who are getting paid by ABBS through June 30th, your faculty member has reached out to me regarding the July-August pay for you and I am working on getting that situated, once I have this ready to go, I will reach out to you.
