I hope you are doing well.
Thank you for your email. I just wanted to let you know that should Dr.
Costa be selected, I would be more than happy to offer my assistance with
any preparations, coordination, or hosting responsibilities needed to
facilitate his seminar. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you
think my help would be helpful or if there are specific tasks you'd like me
to take on. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute.
Thank you for coordinating these efforts, and I look forward to
