Everyone, please attend this seminar if you can.  It is very important to show an engaged and interested department to a faculty candidate and for more junior members, this is a great opportunity to see academic job talks!  Today's speaker has 10 years of experience, the one on Friday is coming from a postdoc, and the ones in the microbe search will provide additional ways one can present their work when they are trying to land an academic position.  I am not sure when we will next have so many talks lined up where we can see people high vested in giving great presentations.
