Hello!

I am seeking to fill a postdoctoral position in plant science that may be of strong interest to graduating PhD candidates or recent graduates from your PhD program, or current postdoctoral scholars in your department nearing the end of a contract. The project is funded by the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research and explores the evolution, genetic architecture, and ecological and agricultural consequences of inducible chemical defenses and broader plant secondary metabolism in cultivated and wild sunflowers (Helianthus) with a goal of identifying effective quantitative resistance against pests and pathogens.
