[Plsgs] Website update for School of Plant Sciences

Hello All Graduates:

This may be a refresher for some of you, those who have joined in the last year, this is probably new! Your position allows you to be mentioned and listed on the School of Plant Sciences website<https://cals.arizona.edu/spls/home>. On the website you are able to upload a photo, business contact information, and a brief biography of what you are working on for the School. Here are the instructions to accomplish this task:


  1.  Go to the School of Plant Sciences website: https://cals.arizona.edu/spls/
  2.  Toward the bottom of the main screen there is a Login link, click on that

  1.  You may have to login using WebAuth.
  2.  You may see your profile, but will not be able to edit

Please contact me, Erin, at erinkorte at email.arizona.edu<mailto:erinkorte at email.arizona.edu> once you have done the above 4 steps. I can then give you access to update your profile. Here are the steps to complete the process:


  1.  Go to the School of Plant Sciences website: https://cals.arizona.edu/spls/
  2.  Toward the bottom of the main screen there is a Login link, click on that

  1.  You may have to login using WebAuth.
  2.  Once logged in your profile should popup with your Name
  3.  Click on Edit

  1.  Here you will see all the information you may add.
     *   Make sure you add a picture appropriate for the School's website, the public can/will access this
     *   In the Background section is where you will put what you are working on for the school.

                                                               i.      If you need ideas you can always look at the Faculty listing for what they put:)

  1.  Once all complete click Save
  2.  You can click on the View tab to see how your information will show on the website. Make changes as needed.


You may update your profile at any time, after your initial login, by following steps 1-8 above. If I missed adding you to the website, please let me know. If you have any questions, I will do my best to answer.
