Greetings. The National Association of Plant Breeders (NAPB<https://www.plantbreeding.org/>) has as our mission to strengthen the plant breeding community to promote food security, quality of life, and a sustainable future. We invite students to become active members and participant in our activities. One way we honor the best and the brightest of student members is in the Borlaug Scholars<https://www.plantbreeding.org/borlaug-scholars> program.  This program strengthens the plant breeding profession by helping support attendance of future leaders at the NAPB Annual Meeting. This year we are seeking more undergraduate applicants, and we are ready to accept nominations for our 2021 class. If students at your institution have questions about the program, the attached document provides answers, or feel free to reach out to me. Please forward this email to undergraduate students you believe have demonstrated interest in the plant breeding profession.
