Hey all!

Is anyone looking for a place to rent? To keep a really long story short, I own a townhouse (which I have a mortgage on) and I am looking for someone to rent the spare bedroom out to. The spare bedroom has its own bathroom, walk in closet, and balcony with storage closet. 

I have two dogs which are really friendly. They don’t mind cats either. The townhouse is two story. There’s a bathroom downstairs as well, so yours is private. 

There is a tiny backyard and I have a hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit you can use. 

There is a parking spot underneath a carport. 

It’s in the orange grove and oracle area
