[Plsgs] Covid-19 Information and reporting requirements

Hello all,
I'm sure you have all seen the news about Covid-19 cases in Arizona and around the US. While UA is planning for the Fall semester, many of you are working on campus right now and we want to keep you informed of what is going on at this time.

The Campus Health has a website that updates daily on overall documented cases on campus- here: https://health.arizona.edu/healthalerts. There is also information there about testing and treatment if you are sick or exposed to someone who is sick as well as information about prevention and mental health resources. Specific information about what is happening in your building comes from the building managers and should be forwarded to you by your faculty advisors.

Please read the attached document so you know who to report to if you are experiencing symptoms, become sick or are exposed to someone who is sick. The bottom line is to report to your advisor first and the subsequent steps will follow from there. You or your lab will not be penalized for reporting symptoms and your advisor will help you come up with a plan to be productive if you have to quarantine for a time. If you need help with getting supplies or medical care let your advisor or us know and we will get you the help you need.

Let us know if you have concerns that cannot be addressed through your advisor or if you are still not getting messages. Marley occupants will receive a forwarded message about a zoom meeting taking place this afternoon.
