[Plsgs] Refreshment policy

Dear SPLS grads,

Faculty in the School, College, UA, and beyond have become concerned 
that graduate students may feel pressure to provide refreshments for 
faculty at committee meetings and exams. No student should feel 
compelled or obliged to do so! The SPLS faculty have agreed that any 
refreshments should be provided by faculty -- we'd like to make sure you 
all know that, too.
