[Plsgs] External Speaker Invitation Update

Dear SPLS Grad Students,

Unfortunately, Dr. Siobhan Brady cannot make it next semester, and so we
are rescheduling her to come out in Fall of 2019.  Because of this, we
could either revote again now to invite a speaker next semester (2nd place
was a 4-way tie) or revote in Spring to invite a speaker for Spring 2020.

I think we should revote next semester to prevent this from happening again
and to give the speaker a year in advance to schedule.  This way we will
have 2 graduate invited speakers next year.

Please let me know if there are any objections, otherwise, we will revote
next semester.
