UA to introduce +/- grading system?

The UA Undergraduate and Graduate Councils are considering a proposal to introduce +/-'s to our grading system for both undergraduate and graduate students (e.g., A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, etc.). Proponents of the change argue that the new system will allow for greater accuracy in evaluation of student work. We would like to get a sense of graduate and professional student opinion on this proposed change. Please take a minute to complete this very short survey that will inform discussion on this proposal.
