Hi all,

Program to Advance Women Scientist (PAWS) was founded in the CBC department in Fall 2015 and we are rapidly growing!  PAWS won the Best New Student Organization at the UA in 2016!  The mission of PAWS is to empower women in the sciences through education, leadership, mentoring, and support. We are inclusive of everyone, regardless of gender.  We hold seminars, professional development workshops, and outreach events.  We welcome CBC and non CBC undergraduate/graduate students and post doctoral fellows.  We will be holding an informational meeting after CBC colloquium at 5pm on Thursday, September 14th in Koffler 218.
