Southeastern Sustainable Agriculture Producers' Forum
On Wednesday, December 13, 2017, the Southeastern Sustainable Agriculture Producers' Forum will be held at the Cochise College Benson Center.  The keynote speaker, Dr. Gary P. Nabhan, will set the stage for discussions on organic production and certification, soil health, direct marketing, grass-fed beef, and many other topics.  This will provide the participant with a great opportunity to network with state and regional producers, industry representatives, researchers, educators, and NRCS personnel. The Forum will start promptly at 8:30 am and finish at 4:00 pm.  Arizona Extension personnel wishing to attend can apply for reimbursement for travel and registration costs from the Arizona Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education funds managed by Rick Gibson.
