We wish to retract the email sent out on Tuesday March 28th at 4:51pm through this listserv with the subject “Free Food: Town Hall Meeting”. The email was sent in error as it is not a GPSC approved event/program. The program is a constituency meeting and not an approved GPSC event.

At this time, neither GPSC Executive Board nor GPSC General Council has approved hosting a “Grad Town Hall”. GPSC is always open to receiving direct inputs from you. As a reminder, here are some of the ways you could get in touch with us directly:

1. Attend any of our executive board or general council meetings and speak directly to us. You may find our meeting times and location on our calendar: http://gpsc.arizona.edu/calendar

2. Contact or set up an appointment with any GPSC officer or representatives of your constituents. You may find a complete list of GPSC officers and Reps here: http://gpsc.arizona.edu/gpsc-directory

3. Send us direct email with your complaints, questions or concerns to gpsc at email.arizona.edu<mailto:gpsc at email.arizona.edu> and our administrative assistant will notify the appropriate individuals.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Going forward, we will do everything in our ability to prevent misuse of this listserv and ensure that only GPSC approved emails are sent to you.

Thank you for your understanding.

Jude Udeozor,
GPSC President

Subject: Free Food: Town Hall Meeting

It's time your student government did something for you.

The Graduate and Professional Student Council is hosting a Grad Town Hall this Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the Tubac Room of the student Union (with FREE FOOD) . Two of your GPSC Officers (Jim Collins and Mariia Khorosheva) have organized this event to receive direct one-on-one input from any graduate students who want to attend. They will then put the issues you raise on the GPSC meeting agenda, so that your elected student government representatives can address the issues that make a difference to you.

So bring your problems and bring your appetites to the Grad Town Hall this Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the Tubac Room of the Student Union.
