[Plsgs] FW: Seeking Volunteers for a Diversity and Inclusiveness Committee in the School of Plant Sciences (second request)

Hi Everyone,

I am writing again to ask for your help as we establish our Diversity and Inclusiveness Committee for the School of Plant Sciences.

This committee will assess and develop a plan for inclusive excellence in our unit as well as respond to requests for information and action from CALS Administration.  Because we will assess diversity and inclusiveness across our entire school, I am asking for student volunteers (grad and undergrad) to serve on the committee.  Dr. Ursula Schuch has kindly agreed to help with the organization of the committee and to serve in either an advisory or leadership role, as needed.

I don't expect that time commitment will be too great, but would encourage you to e-mail Dr. Schuch with any questions.

May I ask you to please let me know if you are willing to serve on this committee and help us with this important activity?

I would appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible.
