[Plsgs] Athletics fee- may be able to get refund

Hi all,

You all may have noticed a new fee in your mandatory fees: The Athletics Fee (not to be confused with Recreation Center fees). This is a fee that allows you to get free or discounted passes to UA athletic events excluding Men's basketball. If you do not plan on attending athletic events and wish to request a refund of this fee, you may do so.
