Join us at El Presidio Park (corner of Alameda and Stone) at 10am on April 22 for a tremendous Science Rally and Outreach Event!

The event will include speakers such as Congressman Grijalva, Mayor Rothschild, Geoff Notkin, and a group of representatives from 500 Women Scientists. There will be 25+ interactive science booths on-site for you to explore and learn about Tucson's diverse STEM community. You can also look forward to our emcee David Fitzsimmons, editorial cartoonist for the Arizona Daily Star, and the lively local performers.

Please check out our Pre-Rally Speaker Series happening April 12, 17, and 19 at 6pm-7pm in McClelland Park Room 210 at the University of Arizona. These engaging talks will cover important subjects that impact the science community and our lives! Topics are as follows:

April 12: The Value of Diversity in Science:  Anita Bhappu
April 17: Successes and Challenges of K-12 Science Education:  Rebecca Lipson + panel
April 19: Current Events, Science and the Environment:  Rachel Gallery
