--------------
Seeking outstanding doctoral track students in the science and engineering fields to apply for the ARCS Foundation Scholarship for 2017-18. The award provides a $10,500 stipend ($8,500 from ARCS and $2,000 from the Graduate College), full tuition (if not covered by other University support such as a graduate assistantship), and a $500 annual travel grant from the Graduate College.
The ARCS Foundation members are a group of women philanthropists interested in advancing science and technology nationwide since the mid 1950's. The Phoenix Chapter alone has provided over 5 million dollars to Scholars at UA, ASU, and NAU. This is a great opportunity for budding scientists and engineers to learn how to present their research to donors. Please see ARCS Foundation website for Foundation overview https://www.arcsfoundation.org/.
