Dear Graduate Students,
The UA Graduate Center, in collaboration with the Writing Skills Improvement Program and the Think Tank, invites you to our new program, Graduate Writing Oases.
Starting November 3, we will provide spaces throughout campus where you can focus on your writing projects-whether class assignments, theses, grant proposals, dissertations, or manuscripts for publication. Each writing oasis location will be open for three hours. During the first hour, a writing specialist from the Writing Skills Improvement Program or the Think Tank will be available to answer questions and provide suggestions.
Site hosts are the Office of Student Engagement in the Student Union, the Writing Skills Improvement Program in the Geronimo building on University Boulevard, and the Poetry Center.
Please see the attached flyer and visit the Graduate Writing Oases website <http://gradcenter.arizona.edu/announcements/2016/10/graduate-writing-oases-program-offer-graduate-students-dedicated-writing-space>
for a schedule of dates, locations, and other information. We look forward to supporting your writing needs.
Sincerely,
