If you are not interested in presenting a poster at the February ABBS recruitment events you can stop reading now and delete this message.


It has come to my attention that there may be some confusion regarding signing up to present at the recruitment poster sessions.

A poster session participation invite was sent to your PI, and attached are the RSVP results. Some of you may have indicated you wanted to present but never received the formal invite from your PI.

Action item: if you would like to present at the February 11 and/or 18 event, please review the attached to see if you are on the list.  If you are on the list but need to modify your information, please email me at dslay at email.arizona.edu<mailto:dslay at email.arizona.edu>.
