I hope this note finds you well.

I'm writing with regards to our upcoming invited seminar speaker's visit,
Dr. Erich Grotewold from Ohio State University, on Tuesday, April 07.

Thank you to those students who have already set up times to meet with Dr.
Grotewold during his visit. I wanted to send out another reminder to those
students who have not arranged meetings, as the date is approaching quickly.

As you may know, Dr. Grotewold's group focuses on gene regulation in
plants. We are most excited to have him visit and I encourage you to take
advantage of this unique opportunity. I will be hosting Dr. Grotewold
during his stay, and am helping to arrange his meeting schedule. If you are
interested in meeting with Dr. Grotewold, please let me know which times
you prefer and where you would like to meet.
