I hope you are doing well.

I'm writing to invite you to a gathering this Friday at 4:30 PM, that will
serve as a surrogate for our monthly meeting in light of the Tucson High
School Science Fair activities taking place earlier that day. Lets meet in
front of Herring Hall (herbarium) at that time, and we can decide where to
go as a group. Please join us!
