Subject: IGERT Fellowships in Genomics: Now Accepting Applications
The IGERT Program in Comparative Genomics is currently accepting
applications for one-year fellowships from Ph.D. students who are interested
in working in evolutionary, functional, or computational genomics. Students
must be currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program at U of A and must be US
citizens or permanent residents.
If you would like to be considered for this fellowship, please send a two
page statement of your research interests, a current CV, two letters of
recommendation including one from your advisor, and a list of all courses
taken at UA including grades (an unofficial transcript is fine) to Pennie
Liebig, IGERT Program Coordinator, at genomics at email.arizona.edu by April
15, 2013. This information is also posted on our website at
http://www.genomics.arizona.edu/1_year_fellowships.html.
Please share this information with any students who might be interested in
the program.
Best,
Pennie
