[Plsgs] New Employment Contracts: Notice of Appointments

Hello All,

The University of Arizona is switching from a paper employment contract
(Notice of Appointment) for Graduate Student hiring to an on-line system via
UAccess Employee.  With this new system you will  be able to approve/sign
your contract electronically.   This change will take place the week of June
26, 2013 therefore your contract will not be ready to approve/sign until
after that date.  

Joy Rogers-Caron or I will provide further information to you regarding this
new system once it has been released.
