[Plsgs] Help Needed fro ABBS recruitment weekends

Dear Students,

 As you may  know we participate in the Arizona Biological and Biomedical
Sciences Graduate Program.  The recruitment week-ends, for the next cohort
of ABBS students, are coming up in just a few short weeks January 24 – 26,
2013 AND February 14 – 16, 2013 (both are Thurs-Sat) and we need your help
to make the magic happen.  Below is a list breaking down the volunteer
duties and as you can see we need your help for a number of these
hosting/escorting duties:

 Both Fridays (1/25th and 2/15th)

§  AM – after breakfast, 2 current students needed to escort the prospective
students from the Marriott Hotel to their 1st appointment (approx. 8:15 AM)

§  AM – 1-to-1 student ratio: current students needed to escort students to
faculty appointments and lab/facility tours (approx. 9-11:30AM)

 

§  PM – 1-to-1 student ratio: current students needed to escort students to
faculty appointments and lab/facility tours (approx. 1:30-4:30PM)

§  PM - 2 current students needed to escort the prospective students back to
the Marriott Hotel before dinner (approx. 4:45PM)

§  PM - 2 current students needed to escort the prospective students from
the Marriott Hotel to AZ State Museum for dinner (approx. 5PM)

 

Both Saturdays (1/26th and 2/16th)

§  AM - 2 current students needed to escort the prospective students from
the Marriot Hotel to the Designated Location (TBA) poster session/breakfast
(approx. 8:00 AM)

§  AM – 2 current students needed to escort the prospective students from
the Designated Location (TBA) to the Marriot Hotel, if needed (approx. 11:30
AM)

 

Kindly be very specific in your responses as to the dates and times for
which you are volunteering.
