[Plsgs] Holiday Party Planning Meeting

Hi everyone,

The time is approaching for our annual School of Plant Sciences Holiday
Party, and, perhaps due to the tremendous success of the recent softball
game, Dr. Schumaker has asked if the graduate students would be willing to
be in charge of planning the party to try to breathe new life into it.  As
incentive, the School has offered to provide us with a free pizza lunch next
Monday, November 19th, so we can get together and discuss ideas.  Please
indicate whether you can come by participating in the following Doodle poll:

We really want to plan a party that everyone in the School would want to
attend.  Please come with any ideas you have to make this a memorable party,
including ideas related to the following:

Date
Time
Location (traditionally this has been held in the lobby of Marley or Forbes,
but we are free to pursue other options, assuming they are not cost
prohibitive)
Food (in the past, food was catered through the University, but again, we
are free to pursue other options, including catering from other sources or
even doing a pot-luck)
Activities, music, entertainment, etc
