GPSC Travel Grant Information Sessions – September 6th & 7th  

Learn How You Can Apply for a $500 GPSC Travel Grant!

The Graduate and Professional Student Council (GPSC) is the representative
organization for graduate and professional students at the University of
Arizona. As part of its mission, the GPSC offers Travel Grants of up to $500
to graduate and professional students who are attending or presenting their
research at academic or professional conferences around the world! There are
a total of six Travel Grant Deadlines throughout the year and the next
deadline is just a little over a month away on October 1, 2011.  

 

To learn more about the GPSC Travel Grant program and how you can apply,
register to attend either Information Session I or II, being hosted by GPSC
September 6th and 7th! The information sessions will cover the following
topics:

 

Ø  General information such as eligibility and scope of funding

Ø  Completing the travel grant application, with tips and examples

Ø  Guidelines on how to use the online application interface

 

The dates, times, and locations for both information sessions are listed
below. Interested in attending one of our information sessions? If so,
please RSVP today! Registration is required due to limited space available. 

 

Information Session I:

Date: Tuesday, September 6

Time: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
