[Plsgs] new student welcome party

Hi everyone,

We have only heard from 3 people so far.  We need to get a final count of
people attending as soon as possible so we know how much food to bring.  For
those who haven't already replied, will you please let us know as soon as
possible if you will or will not be coming on Monday and whether you are
willing to bring something?
