<span style="font-size:14.0pt">Admin Assts all CALES Units are working on creating Activity Input Forms in Faculty Portfolio (new name for UA Vitae). If you log into

Faculty Portfolio</a> and do not yet see an input form, please dont panic the Admin Assts are working to create forms for each of you, and they know that this must be done by late next week.
