<p class="MsoNormal">At David Galbraith’s request, I will be sending out a Qualtrics survey for us to vote on whether to approve the appointment of Dr. Hillary Mehl as a University Faculty Associate- DCC, which was discussed in our last faculty meeting.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#32363A;background:white">Per the SPLS courtesy appointment guidelines, The SPLS Academic Personnel Policies Committee (APPC) met on November 15, 2023 to consider the application of Dr. Hillary Mehl, Lead Scientist for
the USDA Aflatoxin Biocontrol Lab in Tucson for appointment as a Faculty Associate-DCC in SPLS. The committee approved her application in a 5-0 vote, based on the submission of her CV, letter of interest and her seminar presentation in the SPLS seminar series
on October 18, 2022. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
