<p class="MsoNormal">Here is an update on the status of the two searches for the Agronomist Extension Specialists in Plant Sciences that are currently ongoing. Glenn Wright and I co-chair the searches for an Assistant/Associate Specialist, Agronomy, Conventional
Cropping Systems at the UA Maricopa Agricultural Center and for an Assistant/Associate Specialist, Agronomy, Organic Cropping Systems at the Yuma Agricultural Center. The search committee met last week and selected 12 candidates for zoom interviews from 50
applications. We plan to conclude the zoom interviews by October 13 and immediately schedule candidates for in-person interviews. We will keep you updated on the dates for the interviews and look forward to your participation in seminars and meeting with the
candidates. <o:p></o:p></p>
