<p class="x_MsoNormal">The original memo from faculty council sent to the Dean regarding the furlough-derived savings that remained in each CALS unit requested the funds somehow benefit the contributing faculty and a few specific suggestions, including discretionary
funds and summer salary were provided. We are still awaiting a formal response from this memo.

<p class="x_MsoNormal">We are hoping that UA administration is able to resolve all of the furlough-derived issues to the satisfaction of the faculty.</p>

be to pay that money back to the Faculty. and staff who were furoloughed So, your suggestion is in line with that thought. </span></p>

they dealt with our (furloughed) money. Besides returning the withheld money to the rightful people why is any other plan is even being proposed and considered? May be I am wrong on this accusation and I am willing to be corrected.</span></p>
