<p class="MsoNormal">The University and the Business Office has sent out various Time Reporting instructions. Here is a brief summary of all the key points. Please ensure your employees, including Undergrads, Postdocs, GA, and Staff, are aware of this. You
may cut/paste this information to share:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For all <b>Staff/Student/GA/Faculty/Postdoc</b>: <o:p></o:p></p>
<ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="1">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1">You will report time you worked as normal, either “<i>PAW”</i> or “<i>Regular/Student Pay</i>” Time Reporting code, if you are working remotely or in the lab.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1">If you are
<u>not able to work remotely or go into the lab</u>, then the hours will be reported as “<i>University Release</i>” time reporting code. You will report up to the number of hours in the UAccess system.
<o:p></o:p></li><ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="a">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level2 lfo1">To see
<u>how many hours you are in the system</u>, go to your timesheet. In the upper left corner click on “<i>View Job Information</i>”. At the bottom it lists the number of hours.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1">If you
<u>are working remotely or in the lab, but not the entire number of hours in the system</u>, then you will report both “<i>PAW/Regular Pay/Student Pay</i>” and “<i>University Release</i>”. Report accurately how many hours you were not able to work: subtract
the number of hours you actually worked from your total hours in the system, remaining is “<i>University Release</i>”.

Supplemental Compensation clocks in the number of hours actually working,
