<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2">If you have a Student Employee who is able to work on projects remotely, then they may continue to work. Ensure they are choosing “<i>Student Pay”</i> for their timesheet. They will
only record the number of hours they actually worked and will only be paid those hours.

In early April, Human Resources conducted a survey of student workers. Many are open to temporary reassignment for remote work in a different unit. We are working to set up those assignments and will be in touch with you soon.<br>

If your student worker is temporarily reassigned, they will continue to report time and be paid through your unit. The salary expense during this reassignment will be shared between the home unit and the temporary assignment unit. You will receive more information
if you have a student reassigned to temporary work.<br>
