<font>Dear all,<br><br>Thank you again for your input regarding the addendum to the Phase II document. The revised version is attached. After review by Karen it has been submitted to Dean Burgess. <br><br>The results of our vote have been made clear in the cover letter and addendum as follows:<br>
<br><span>This addendum was presented
by email to the 37 faculty members with primary appointments in SPLS. Faculty
were asked to vote with regard to its submission. One faculty member abstained,
one voted against its submission, nine did not respond with a vote or formal
abstention, and 26 voted in favor of submitting this addendum (70.3% of faculty
with primary appointments in the School and >92% of respondents).</span>
