We need to come up with a plan on where we see ourselves by 2022 or the Dean will decide our path for us. Remember, we need to double our research productivity in the same amount of time. What does that mean? We do not need consensus but we DO need productive, innovative and novel ideas for moving forward.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='color:black'>We propose to hold our first “planning meeting” on February 10<sup>th</sup> from 4-6pm.
