To slightly clarify the photo release requirement for the PLS

webpage:  this release is <b>only needed </b>for photographs of

people that are identifiable in the photograph. This would include your

avatar in your faculty page (and those of your students and postdocs,

etc. in their pages), but also would include (for example) a picture of

lab activities in which you can see your students -- they would need to

sign the waiver <b>if they are identifiable. <br><br>

</b>We plan to switch on the website in the near future.  If you

have not signed the photo release and returned it to Donna-Rae, we will

still switch on the site, but will replace your image with a placeholder

-- most likely a picture of a plant. <br><br>
