To access AZBUYWAYS in the future, it is through UAccess Financial. Which everyone with a UA NETID can access. This is quite troublesome. Therefore, I need each faculty member to send me a list of persons in their labs who has authority to shop and buy via the AZ BUYWAYS portal call “Shop Catalog” in your labs. I need this list no later than September 23, 2011. Two things, this list will assist with is that I will know that they have authority to purchase based on your approval or if I don’t receive this list, I will not approve any of the orders from members of your staff.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>With UAFinancials you will no longer need to provide an actual signature on reimbursements such as check requests and travel expense reports. This will all be done on-line and via a virtual signature. Plus, everyone at the UA will be able to view account balances, employee’s weekly & monthly pay and access other account information. That is why I have holding mandatory training sessions with each lab. The sessions will be 1 hour.
