order to make our seminar series available to faculty, students and staff in
Yuma and Maricopa, as well as faculty, students and staff who are traveling or
not able to get to the seminar, we would like to put them on a webcast as well
as make them available via podcast, in the case where someone is not able to
listen in during the time slot. Do any of you see any issues with doing this in
either our 4-5 pm Tues or 3-4 Fri seminar? Mario will set it up so that it automatically
comes on and shuts off at the top of the hour once I give him the final
approval. There will be a password for login from remote sites and we can set
up a computer, for now, such that remote viewers can email in questions during
the seminar that someone can relay to the speaker. Please advise.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
