[Plsfaculty] Summer Supp Comp - Time is winding down

Good morning,

On behalf of the business office, we hope you are doing well and your week is wrapping up nicely. Human Resources has released the 2026 Summer Supp Comp Request Smartsheet Form<https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019d4647a0c27e5a90a5102eec5d2bed> for compiling summer comp requests. The due date to submit to the business office is Thursday, April 30th to ensure to meet the Human Resources deadline for submission.  This is a much shorter deadline than we have had in the past so please don't hesitate to get your information submitted.

Faculty are asked to submit for themselves as well as any grad students you will be working with this summer.  Please be sure to fill in the Time approver information for your grad students so we can make sure the right people are approving the time sheets.  Also, this year we will be entering the time on your time sheets for you, so once you submit and the business verifies the accounts you will receive a confirmation email please be sure to approve this email as that will allow us to enter time on your behalf.

Please navigate to the Smartsheet and complete the request and feel free reach out to your assigned FOP if you need assistance or have any questions or concerns.
