[Plsfaculty] Post Doc's NRSA Compensation Update 2026

Hi Everyone,

The new NIH rates for Postdoctoral salaries have been published. They can be found at the link provided below.

As a reminder from last year, UA policy states that we will need to increase salaries to the NIH minimum based on their experience level.  For example, if a post doc has completed their first year, they would move up a level and receive that level's minimum salary.

Our preaward team is aware of the new rates to use in proposal submissions.

I believe these increases will be processed without any action from you, but if that changes, we will reach out. These will be effective 7/1/26.
