Dear colleagues,



This note is for faculty who presently employ undergraduate student workers.


If you have undergraduate students working with you this spring, and they are graduating, or moving on to other opportunities, or planning to continue into summer, the following steps are needed before May 9 at close of business.


  1.
Please send an email to this list: Hr-clientsvcs-cales at arizona.edu, jrascon1 at arizona.edu, ndpropp at arizona.edu, amandal at arizona.edu

  2.
...in which you state full names of undergrad students in these categories:

     *
Graduating and not continuing past the last day of work for spring 2025 (May 15, 2025)
     *
Not continuing past that day for other reasons, and not returning after summer
     *
Not continuing past that day for other reasons, but returning after summer
     *
To be employed by you in summer 2025. Please indicate hours/week and account number to be used.
