[Plsfaculty] FY 26 Budget update

Hi Betsy,

The ALVSCE Faculty Council has been informed that CALES leadership asked each unit head on 6-June to submit a plan for a 3% cut with a deadline of 20-June. Furthermore, they have asked for input on a plan for a minimum teaching policy for faculty in CALES and on a plan for direct charging of salary expectations on sponsored research projects.

Could you please let the faculty know what you plan to propose to CALES regarding the above issues?
