If not, please schedule a meeting with your supervisor today. The 2025 process ends on June 30.

After you and your supervisor complete the Career Conversations process,* remember to upload the finalized document to the Career Conversations tile in UAccess Employee<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=07479b87711eaea5b24cd78460d0fbb1a14fb7e258d91b9f9b6c035d425b662cbe9865dba766637f5de4927df9c69f212b8d3a8af5da8fbe>. Be sure to select "Complete" to save your upload and to notify your supervisor for final sign-off.

*Check with your unit if they use another career feedback process.

Human Resources recommends having progress check-ins with your supervisor every three months. If you've completed the 2025 Career Conversation process, schedule your first check-in for September to review your goals, document progress and assess whether you need more time to complete them.

What is the Career Conversations model?

Career Conversations is a structured, annual planning process between staff members and their supervisors. They are an opportunity for staff members to reflect on their accomplishments, identify their strengths and set goals for the future. Through these conversations, employees work with their supervisor to create a plan for their growth and development.
